Skënder Gega is the new coach of Partizan. The announcement was made by the red club itself, through an official statement.

Gega returns to Partizan, with whom he won the championship title in the 2018-2019 season.

The management's decision came immediately after the loss to Dinamo in the derby, where the team was led by Arbër Abilaliaj, who holds the position of sports director.

"FK Partizani formalizes the agreement with coach Skënder Gega. President Gazment Demi, in the presence of General Director Olsi Rama and Sports Director Arbër Abilaliaj, introduced coach Gega to the team today.

"Gega will be part of the Reds for the remainder of the season with an option to renew for next season as well. Under Gega's leadership, the Reds won the championship title in the 2018-2019 season," the club said in a statement.

Gega becomes the third coach for the Reds this season, after Orges Shehi and Aleksandar Veselinovic. The team was led for several weeks by Arbër Abilaliaj. The Reds hold fourth place in the standings with 44 points.
