Controversial businessman Koço Kokëdhima, who has been out of the media spotlight for a while, has returned to the spotlight. The former socialist MP who is also the president of the Apolonia club attempted to hit the referees today during the women's football match between Apolonia and Gramsh.
The challenge ended with a 1-0 victory for the Fieraks, who were punished with two red cards in a tense match that ended with 25 minutes of extra time due to interruptions.
One of them occurred as a result of the entry onto the field of the leaders of the Apolonia club, led by president Koço Kokëdhima, who were protesting against the decisions of the head coach Dorian Maletaj.
The incident was reported by the director of the Gramsh club, Edonisa Aliu, who, through social networks, showed the moments of tension where Kokëdhima and his officials are seen hitting and insulting the match referees.
"That everyone is afraid of us, this is not discussed. But for the president of Apolonia, together with the club officials, to enter the field to violate the match referee, I had not thought of this. Here you have president Kokëdhima, together with his officials, who hit and push, insult the match referees with street language. Shame! Shame! Shame!", writes the manager of Gramshi.
