After the chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, took the floor again in the Assembly, the DP deputies began to bang their desks, demanding his exclusion from the session.

"Get him out," they shouted, as Balla was speaking about his request for a minute of silence in memory of the 4 martyrs of the April 2, 1991 massacre in Shkodra.
