"I'll tell you"/ DP MP clashes with Balla, Hoti: Why, who am I,

Today's parliamentary session was accompanied by debates and tensions. After the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, interrupted Flamur Noka's speech, opposition MPs blocked the rostrum, preventing the session from continuing.

Peleshi gave the floor to SP MP Bora Muzhaqi, but as soon as she started speaking, DP legislator Elda Hoti approached and took her microphone card.

At these moments, Taulant Balla also intervened, arguing fiercely with Elda Hoti, but we cannot hear what he is saying.

Taulant Balla:  Let me tell you...

Elda Hoti: Why, who am I, your friend...Who are you?!

The session was then suspended for a few moments.
