At the press conference this Friday from the Prime Minister's Office, Edi Rama announced all the new legal measures related to construction permits, which are all in effect from now on.

Rama has also warned state employees who violate the law and engage in corruption, as well as the leaders of the country's municipalities.

"The costs of demolition and cleaning will be charged to the guilty party. Another measure for the authorities' inaction, namely their silence, where the notice must be delivered to the builder 15 days in advance, all these cases will be accompanied by sanctions, for the mayor. To wait for them to tell you to come and pay the tax or to play with the authorities is inexcusable," said Rama.
