After the completion of the counting of diaspora votes, Socialist leader Edi Rama sent a message of thanks to the groups of socialist structures, thanking all the majority candidates.
Rama describes this political battle as an unforgettable experience and thanks all members of the Socialist Party for their commitment.
"The joint result will remain in Albania's political history as a very special success," he writes.
Rama especially congratulates those who gave their all on the ground, calling their contribution an added strength for the Socialist Party in every corner of the country. He congratulates “with all his heart” all those who have won mandates in the new legislature, while for the candidates who failed to secure a seat in the Assembly, Rama expresses gratitude for their dedication and underlines that “their contribution remains essential for the challenges ahead.”
"They should not only be proud of their valuable part in the victory of the Socialist Party, but also convinced that their contribution will be necessary on the path to European integration," he emphasizes.
In the end, Rama gives the message that there are no losers in this process: "There are no losers here, but only winners!"
He hopes that every member of the SP will find some time to rest with his family, closing with the promise of a joint gathering in the future, "not for a big celebration, but for the taste of a well-deserved family joy."
