The leader of the Democratic Party says that the OSCE-ODIHR report "condemns" electoral crime in Albania by listing 35 violations committed by Edi Rama's government.
On the "Log" show, Berisha, regarding the opposition's claims of manipulation, said that he has never stated that he will "defend his vote with a Kalashnikov" in the elections.
Calling him a "dictator", Berisha said that internationals will not overthrow Rama.
"I have done everything in this campaign, I have declared several times that with Edi Rama there is no choice. A man at this age has no personal interests and is cold-blooded. I cannot boycott him. In the most frequent way I have declared that I will defend the vote, but I have not declared that I will defend the vote with a Kalashnikov.
"I will defend the vote today with four resolutions and an international report listing 35 final condemnations of these elections for those who recognize the Copenhagen and Venice charters. Edi Rama fled from Albanians and not from internationals, because dictators are only overthrown from within," Berisha said, among other things.
