The President of the DP, Sali Berisha, declared from the entrance of the Assembly this Thursday that today's protest is done in order to give a strong message that the Albanians will no longer allow the regime of Edi Rama to remain in power.

According to the former prime minister, today's gathering inaugurates the process of removing the socialist government from power and that the protests will not stop until their goal is achieved.

"Every protest has its own scenario, it is important to send a strong message that Albanians will not allow this regime anymore. This is the protest that inaugurates the process of removing Edi Rama from power, and the protest will not stop until its goals are achieved," said Berisha.

Berisha's speech about the protest:

"Against the depopulation of Albania, against the manipulation of votes and electoral systems, against the Open Balkans, all Albanians strongly protest. I must express my gratitude and invitation to the citizens of Tirana and the whole of Albania, to join at 7 o'clock on Boulevard Dêshmorët e Kombit, in front of the building of the Council of Ministers, to express with our protest the decision of Albanians to save Albania from the kleptocratic regime of Edi Rama".

Sali Berisha : Every protest has its own scenario. It is important that we give our strong message that Albanians will no longer tolerate this regime, which absolutely does not deserve to exist even for a single day.
