Minutes/ How the Assembly argues the punishment of Edi Paloka and Bujar Leskaj,

Two PD MPs, Edi Paloka and Bujar Leskaj, were expelled from the work of the Assembly for 10 days after the vocabulary used in the address of Prime Minister Rama.

Although Rama's accusations were that the two MPs had come drunk to the plenary session, this fact is not mentioned in the minutes of the Assembly regarding the measure against them.

According to the Secretariat for Ethics, the two MPs should take disciplinary measures after they "used insulting words towards the Prime Minister; have committed improper behavior in the plenary session hall, violating parliamentary ethics".

Regarding the decision, the deputy of the Democratic Party, Edi Paloka, reacted again, "Surprise, we were not "drunk" as the disfigured person repeated in the plenary session!!! In fact, we simply returned the rest for the stream of curses and insults that he unleashed a day before on the opposition, and this is the least he deserves".
