The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha , held a joint press conference today with Izet Mexhiti, chairman of the Democratic Movement in North Macedonia and mayor of the Municipality of Chair.

After the speeches, journalists asked him for a comment regarding the messages made public, which allegedly referred to Montenegrin Albanians as "idiots", but he declined, saying that he had "evolved".

Ferit Hoxha: You are stuck in last week, while things have evolved. There is nothing true in those messages, you will not drag me wherever you want, I have evolved, Albania is walking on the path of the EU and I will not deal with smoke and mirrors.
