The terrace of the prime minister's building has been filled with solar panels as part of the program for the use of renewable energy. It was Prime Minister Edi Rama who today shared on his Facebook account some photos of the solar panels placed on the terrace of the Prime Minister's Office.
Rama writes that he is living the first phase of the solar energy program, which has been extended to a number of institutions in the country.
"This is the Prime Minister's Office, where the first phase of the solar energy program is being implemented, which extends to a number of institutions," writes Rama.
In October last year, Edi Rama together with the government cabinet joined the call for energy saving. The government cabinet approved the decision which provided for the installation of solar panels on the terraces of the relevant institutions.
