Prime Minister Edi Rama and the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, had dinner together with the presence of other people in Ulcinj.

This meeting came before they attended Rame Lahaj's concert.

Three days ago, in a conference that brought together the leaders of some of the NATO member states, Rama emphasized that "the prospect of creating a small Donbass in the middle of Europe is a real threat and we must do everything to prevent it encouraging dialogue.”

"So we all have to do something to prevent it by promoting dialogue, bringing it to a high level in the EU with the support of the US and making it clear through NATO that KFOR will be there to guarantee and establish full integrity in the event of any disruption that may occur due to an irresponsible escalation.”
