"We have the agreement of February 27", Edi Rama's proposal for an international conference where Aleksandër Vucic and Albin Kurti sit until an agreement is reached, the latter does not see it as a solution.

In a statement to the media, specifically asked about the proposal of the Albanian Prime Minister, embraced by the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, Albin Kurti sees it as unnecessary, since according to him the foundations were laid in the 2 meetings of February and March in Brussels and Ohrid.

"We have had international conferences in the past and now we have a basic agreement, from February 27 of this year, in Brussels and also from March 18 in Ohrid with the implementation annex. All that needs to be done is to unconditionally implement that basic agreement in its entirety and in a fair and balanced manner. This must be done and we commit to this in Brussels in the meetings we have."

In addition to President Macron and Chancellor Scholz, Rama presented his proposal at the beginning of this week and in Brussels in all the meetings he held with the heads of the Council of the European Commission.

Charles Michel even declared at the summit of EU leaders that the time has come for the international conference with the presence of the United States to take place as the right step for the normalization of the situation in the North of Kosovo.
