A woman was caught photographing her vote, which caused the interruption of the voting process in the 22-32 center.

After the woman was identified by the commissioners, the members kept a record of the case, while the voting process was also stopped.

Nazmi Totraku, the Chairman of KZAZ asked the commissioners to warn the citizens that photographing the vote constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable.

Meanwhile, a serious incident occurred between an observer in this polling center who after arguing with the operators and journalists in the polling center.

"He locked us with a key! It doesn't even allow the operators and it locked us in," reports the journalist.

The cause of this nervousness seems to be the tampering of the ballot papers by the observer.

The candidate of the Socialist Party, Edison Memolla, and the candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition, Shkëlqim Hoxha, are competing for the head of Rrogozhinë municipality.
