In the 320-page SPAK file for Arben Ahmetaj, among the names of various politicians and businessmen, the Special Prosecutor's Office separately identifies an episode with the protagonist of the businessman Sokol Meqemeja, the owner of the "Frigo Food" company, one of the largest meat businesses in the country.

Sokol Meqemeja is accused by SPAK of giving 140 thousand euros to Arben Ahmetaj, through fictitious apartment sales schemes. The special prosecution evidences that this amount went to the former deputy. The Prime Minister as a reward for the Fieri incinerator, which he had received through the Building Construction & Green Energy company, where he was one of its creators.

"Sokol Meqemeja has a professional acquaintance with Zoto and Mërtir. He has a company called Building Construction & Green Energy, which is the company that submitted the proposal for taking over Fieri's incinerator and also received the bonus of 10 points. This company has not exercised any commercial activity" - it is stated in the file of SPAK.

How did Meqemeja pass 140 thousand euros to Arben Ahmetaj? The scheme is identical as in the cases shown before, through third parties.

"Sokol Meqemeja, of the company "Frigo Food Shpk" dated 05.05.2018, has approved the granting of a loan to the citizen Sonila Goxha in the amount of 140,000 Euro. The citizen Sonila Goxhaj turns out to have two children from the relationship she has with the citizen Sokol Meqemeja" - it is stated in the SPAK file.

So, Sonila Goxhaj has allegedly received a loan of 140 thousand euros from 'Frigo Food' the company of Sokol Meqemeja and has signed a contract with the ex-wife of Arben Ahmetaj Albina Mançka to buy the apartment with an area of ​​178 m2 and a garage of 21 m2. The apartment which was previously sold to another person named Besmir Prifti.

Sonila Goxhaj said in her testimony that she bought the apartment for her sister, but according to SPAK, her sister had never seen the apartment and never used it.

“Por këtë hua ia ka borxh kësaj kompanisë shpk, e cila është në pronësinë e babait të fëmijëve te saj, i cili quhet Sokol Meqemeja. Pra huaja është miratuar nga babai i fëmijëve të saj, shtetasi Sokol Meqemeja....Aktualisht apartamenti është i ndërtuar në fazën përfundimtare por është në gjendje të rënduar për shkak se nuk është mirëmbajtur pasi Sonila nuk e disponon plotësisht”- thuhet nw dosje.

E çuditshme sipas Prokurorisë së Posaçme është se Goxhaj nuk ka paguar prej 5 vitesh asnjë këst për ta kthyer huanë prej 140 mijë eurosh por pasi është pyetur nga SPAK ka shkuar dhe ka paguar 4 milion lekë (të reja).

“Pasi shtetësja Sonila Goxhaj është thirrur për t'u pyetur në prokurori, konstatohet se në ditarin e bankës të shoqërisë "Frigo Food", për vitin 2023, pasqyrohet një pagesë e bërë nga shtetasja Sonila Goxha për llogari të FrigoFood, periudha 01.04.2023-09.05.2023, ku rezulton nje transaksion bankar në vlerën 4,000,000 lekë, datë 08.05.2023, si kthim i huas”- thuhet sipas dosjes.

Duhet theksuar edhe një herë se sipas SPAK Ky apartament ishte blerë më parë me shumën 130 mijë euro edhe nga Besmir Prifti, kushëri i Mirel Mërtirit. Ashtu si ky i fundit edhe familjarët e Sonila Goxhajt sipas prokurorisë nuk e kishin parë ndonjëherë apartamentin. Vetë motra e Sonilës thotë se nuk e di sa është blerë dhe e ka parë vetëm një herë në video.

Si konkluzion SPAK thotë se për një apartament të shitur 2 herë Arben Ahmetaj mori 270 mijë euro, 130 mijë nga Mirel Mërtiri dhe 140 nga Sokol Meqemeja si shpërblim për inceneratorin.

“Gjithsej shuma prej 270 000 euro e paguar nga shtetasi Besmir Prifti dhe Sonila Goxhaj, ekziston dyshimi se është përfitim i paligjshëm i marrë nga shtetasi Arben Ahmetaj, në formën e mitës, në kuadrin e ushtrimit të funksionit të tij si funksionar i lartë, Ministër i MZHETS dhe Ministër i Financave gjatë kohës së dhënies së procedurave të koncensionit të mësipërm. Këto para derivojnë pikërisht nga shoqëria Integrated Technology Services sh.p.k. dhe nga shtetasi Sokol Meqemeja pjesë e shoqërisë Building Construction & Green Energy sh.p.k”- thuhet nw dosjen e SPAK.

Summarizing the whole scheme of fictitious sales of SPAK apartments, it comes to the conclusion that more than 440 thousand euros went into the hands of Arben Ahmetaj through this scheme alone. /albion.com
