Three deputies of the majority abstained during the voting of the law on the legalization of medical cannabis.
They are Fatmir Xhafaj, Pandeli Majko and Erjon Braçe .
Majko and Braçe also abstained in the Laws Committee when the law was passed with 13 votes in favor.
The Assembly approves the laws for medical students, the legalization of cannabis and the Academy of Sciences!
