The democratic deputy of Lushnja, Saimir Korreshi, has chosen to ironize the Rama government in an original way, after the European Commission's decision to temporarily cut off funds for Albania within the IPARD 2 program, which is used for the financial support of agricultural projects.
With a watermelon in his hands, Korreshi appeared today at the entrance of the Parliament. He then took out a cucumber from the watermelon, which he said is IPARD 3's gift to the government that is blackening Albania's face.
"The symbol that IPARD 3 left you as a gift to all Albanians. Because this thieving government (God willing, that minister did not come today, who comes and replaces it is a shame) does not deserve the votes of these people (neither those who stole from them, nor those who willingly gave it to them) because every day it is taking the world out of us wherever we are represented," Korreshi told the media.
