The EU must act decisively to ensure a swift implementation of the Framework Agreement. Our region cannot become hostage to an endless crisis between Kosovo and Serbia. We cannot allow either Northern Kosovo, where the border between organized crime and local politics is blurred, to become a Little Donbas due to the uprisings instigated by Russia, nor the Dialogue to become a blame game of the Old Balkans due to the lack of a real and strong will of the parties involved in it! Discussions are good, but what the region needs is a breakthrough before it's too late.
