The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, from outside the SPAK premises, has once again leveled accusations against judge Irena Gjoka, while making public a document that, according to Berisha, she entered Greece with a forged visa.

Berisha:  The face of the reform in justice, the icon of this reform is Irena Maneku Gjoka Spata. A criminal convicted by a final decision of the Greek justice system for visa forgery and who has concealed the decision, which according to the law and constitution of Albania prohibits her from exercising the duty or function of a magistrate. Irena with 5 surnames has concealed the expulsion and has not declared it. This constitutes a criminal offense.  The captured institutions of the KLGJ, SPAK, ILD do not act on this flagrant crime. Today I present new evidence, the certificate issued by the Greek police directorate, which confirms the expulsion from Greek territory, as a result of entering Greek territory with a forged visa.  This is an original document issued by the Greek police with an apostille stamp.
