Today, the Constitutional Court examines the request for the mandate of Olta Xhaçka

Today, the Constitutional Court examines the request for the mandate as deputy of Olta Xhaçka. 

The majority and the opposition have clashed over the mandate of Mrs. Xhaçka. The opposition claims that Xhaçka should not enjoy this mandate as he committed a violation.

According to the opposition, Xhaçka's husband has benefited from the government as a strategic investor. The opposition through two groups, as we have two lawsuits, appealed to the Constitutional Court.

It is very likely that this court will join the two lawsuits, since they have the same claim in themselves.
