The General Secretary of the Socialist Party, Damian Gjiknuri, is convinced that his political force will win at least 40 municipalities on May 14. But for the democrats listed next to Berisha, the calculations do not hold.

In the interview for Ora News, Aldo Bumçi says that PD and its allies have secured over 30 municipalities.

"We will be over 30 municipalities. In 2015, we won only 16 municipalities. The Freedom Party was not in alliance with us and won 9 municipalities, PDIU won 3 municipalities. About 10 other municipalities are left for dozens and hundreds of votes." he declared.

Bumçi considers the issue of the stamp to be overdue and for this reason he demands the implementation of the decision of the first instance that legitimized Sali Berisha as chairman.

"An opposition is not created in the court, it is created by the free people who filled the boulevard. The court of first instance has decided in our favor, it recognizes the decision of December 11." said the former DP deputy.

For Bumçi, the immigration situation is worrying, as he points the finger at the government led by Edi Rama for Albanian crime in Britain.
