While the leaders were taking the family photo at the EU summit, Prime Minister Edi Rama appeared nervous.

In the photo below, Rama stands next to European Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen and appears to be asking for an explanation for the meeting results.

He seems to have done the same with French President Emmanuel Macron. The French leader seems to continue to pay attention to the photo, but Rama continues to speak, apparently dissatisfied with the French presidency in the EU.

Before the moment of the photo, the outgoing Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov is seen on the third floor of the podium, trying to say something to Rama, who does not pay attention to him.
