Enkelejd Alibeaj has canceled today's meeting of the parliamentary group of PD, where the candidacies for the new President will be selected to be taken to the Assembly where they would be voted in the second round.

In the message addressed to the deputies, it is understood that the cancellation of the meeting came after the change of attitude by the SP. The majority said today that the opposition has the right to bring only one candidacy, while the DP wants to lead four names. It is also learned that the head of the SP parliamentary group Taulant Balla has distributed today a position where he clarifies that the SP will not unite the firms with the Democrats to reach the necessary quorum of 20 votes for each candidate for president.
