Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was summoned this Tuesday at 14:00 to the premises of the Special Court to be questioned about the affair with the "Partizani" complex.

In a short statement to the media, he stated that he will not appear in SPAK as the procedures were carried out in violation of the Constitution, referring to the fact that the authorization from the Assembly for this decision was not taken into account.
