Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of the former prime minister Sali Berisha, has arrived at the premises of GJKKO. Malltezi together with the builder Fatmir Bektashi will be introduced today with the security measure.
It is expected that at 1:30 p.m., the decision on the security measure will be made regarding the issue of the former "Partizani" complex.
For this matter, Sali Berisha is subject to an obligation to appear and cannot leave the country. According to SPAK, the former prime minister with concrete actions influenced the adoption of laws or by-laws which were adapted to the demands of 5 owners, among whom the beneficiary was his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.
Meanwhile, Malltezi is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", committed in cooperation with Berisha, since in agreement with the latter, using the power of the former prime minister, he managed to obtain irregular benefits.
