Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has denied being notified by the State Police that he must appear tomorrow at the GJKKO hearing scheduled for him to testify regarding the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.
"Sources close to the police confirm to me that the decision of the court, being notified of the appearance tomorrow, has been left under the door of the house", said journalist Çim Peka to Berisha, whom he invited to the studio.
But the former prime minister denied receiving such a notice.
"What do the police say, I say... they can write it down in the office, down like that, I haven't received any notification, it's a fraud", said Berisha.
GJKKO has scheduled a hearing tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. summoning Sali Berisha to be questioned regarding the "Partizani" file.
