"Closeness to your party, historic", Giorgia Meloni sends a letter to
Giorgia Meloni and Sali Berisha

The new Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, has sent a letter to the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, thanking him for the congratulatory message.

The leader of the "Little Italy" party writes that she hopes that the victory of the political force she leads will be a sign of hope and encouragement for all conservative parties and movements in Europe.

Meloni considers the closeness with the Democratic Party to be historic, important and quite essential to make friendship between the two peoples possible. She has assured Berisha that she has the support of the future Italian government.

Letters:

Dear President,

Thank you very much for the message you sent me.

My hope is that the victory of the "Brothers of Italy" and the center-right will not only be the most effective possible response to the needs of Italians, but a sign of hope and encouragement for all conservative parties and movements in Europe to never stop. to fight for our common values.

In this sense, the closeness to your party is historic, and for us very important, just as it is essential to strengthen the friendship between our peoples and to support Albania's European path as well as possible.

For this last point, I can only assure you of maximum support from the next Italian government.

With warm affection,
Giorgia Meloni
