Filip Çakuli does not believe that within the SP there are clans powerful enough to clash with Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In "Top Story", he stated that in the Socialist Party, Rama is the one who "decides and seals himself", citing the appointments and dismissals of ministers as an example.
According to Çakuli, even figures considered powerful within the majority did not have power over the prime minister.
Clashes, according to him, may exist between SP exponents for influence or to gain the support of the mayor, but not as a power struggle with Rama himself.
Çakuli: Where is there a fight with Rama there? He (Rama) decides and seals it himself. Have you seen it? He appointed minister so-and-so and dismissed him in four months. Hey, is there a voice that stands up to speak about the decision made? In my opinion, there isn't.
Sulo: Was the former deputy prime minister a powerful clan?
Çakuli: And he would put them above Rama? He would put them all in a row. Who will they clash with?
