Protest escalates, citizens decide not to leave the Prime Minister's Office

The 105th protest against the government has entered a new phase, as citizens have decided to stay all night in the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

Hundreds of Albanians living in the diaspora also participated in the rally, and after the speeches ended, protesters began to surround the Prime Minister's Office building.

The overnight stay was presented by the participants as a form of escalation of their action against the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Representatives of the diaspora, who took the floor during the protest, demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Rama and called on citizens to continue the resistance.

"We will stay here for Albanianness," declared one of the protesters, confirming their determination to continue their stay in the square even during the night hours.
