Manjani: Shame on SPAK for leaking sex talk, it's a Hitlerian investigation method that exposes people
Lawyer Ylli Manjani has strongly criticized SPAK for its handling of investigative materials, calling the publication of details from private life an unacceptable practice.
Taking issue with the file on the former head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, Manjani stated that public opinion is not aware of the full content of the investigative file, but only of the information that, according to him, prosecutors have chosen to make public.
"We don't know anything about what's really in the investigative file. We only know what the prosecutors wanted to bring out. Which are the sex and pleasure talks to please the people with it. To please the people with this story, to destroy families. To make this story that they continue to do, they do," Manjani said on the "Now" show on Euronews Albania.
He accused prosecutors of using sensitive data from private lives to influence public opinion and harm families.
"Shame and black face! Shame, great shame! The law no longer benefits you. Shame and black face whoever did this, has extracted such sensitive materials of private life that the prosecutor should guard like the eyes of the forehead, to bring them out to the market to conduct the trial, this is a Hitlerian method of investigation ," declared the lawyer.
