"SHISH employees are surprised how Vlora Hyseni didn't realize she was being wiretapped?!"
Security expert Xhavit Shala, commenting on the case of Vlora Hyseni, who is suspected, among other things, of leaking state secrets while heading the SHISH, emphasizes that the damage she has caused to the Albanian state is great.
Shala points out that the loss of trust is of extraordinary importance in relationships with partners.
"The damage it has caused to the state is the loss of trust from partner services. Trust is of extraordinary importance. If the trust of partners is lost, it is a great risk to national security. Let's separate Vlora from the service. The service has hundreds of people, there are people with integrity, there are people who have fought terrorism, who have faced structures from partner services, they have had results. They have carried out spectacular operations with the CIA that they had not done with any other service ," Shala said on the "Off the Record" show on A2CNN.
Shala noted that many SHISH employees are surprised how the intelligence chief did not realize she was being wiretapped.
"The situation needs to be restored as soon as possible. I don't care about Vlora Hyseni's fate at all, to be honest. I have also communicated with employees and they feel extremely worried and betrayed. Some don't even believe it, how is it possible for a service chief to fall... These actions are not done by someone who is at a below average level, to write, to chat... Someone has given them guarantees," he said.
