"For you, I turn off the radars" - This was the expression that ignited the media network in some alleged conversations between Vlora Hyseni and Ergys Agas.
Verifications show that in the SPAK file regarding the investigation of the former director of SHISH there is no conversation or message related to the communications published today.
The spark of the publications started with a statement by journalist Vullnet Krasniqi. The latter, through a video published on social networks, claimed that several intimate messages were found in the communications between Hysen and Agas, presenting them as part of the investigation materials.
"But, now we'll talk about Vlora's fiery romance with Ergys...What were they talking about late at night? When Vlora and Gysi communicated with each other, the conversations are perfect material for Hollywood, Netflix or HBO.
Here are some messages: 'Soul, is there any danger for my boys tonight?' And Vlora, the head of SHISH, replied: 'Sleep without worry, sweetheart, because I've turned off all the state radars for you. Don't use that other number because it's being tapped... Vlora became Gysi's guardian angel," the journalist said in a video on social media.
However, it is worth noting that the journalist does not claim to have seen these communications himself in the investigative file or that he is quoting a SPAK document. He starts the video by saying: "Imagine reading in the SPAK file that the state's chief spy was sending messages, protecting the man the state was looking for." So, he presents his statement as an interpretation of the communications between Hysen and Agas.
After the publication and distribution of the journalist's video, these statements began to be reported as messages found in the SPAK investigative file. Specifically, they were about the aforementioned intimate communications, in which, according to the published claim, Vlora Hyseni offered Ergys Agas protection, informing and advising him on how to act.
However, verifications did not find the communications cited by the journalist in the SPAK file.
The former head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, appeared this morning at the GJKKO, where the security measure "house arrest" was confirmed for her. Hyseni is accused of "revealing state secrets" and "supporting the perpetrator of the crime". She is suspected of having helped Ergys Agas, while he was on the run, by passing on classified information about the movements of state structures so that the businessman could escape the authorities.
Referring to the SPAK investigative file, revealed the day before, there were over 500 continuous communications between them during the period when the businessman was wanted, including phone calls, video calls and exchange of materials. Secret materials were also found in the businessman's car during SPAK checks on July 22.
Hyseni claimed to SPAK, a few days before the notification of the measure against her, that she had communicated with Agas, but in the capacity of an associate. However, according to SPAK, from the communications administered, this does not result. According to SPAK, Agas is the person who receives and dictates the information, while the head of SHISH had not informed the parallel instances or even within the institution. (Zeri)
