In the show "Top Story", Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha brought details from the closed-door hearing against the former director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, who appeared at SPAK accompanied by her lawyer.

 Hoxha said that the session lasted about 1 hour and 3 minutes and that Hyseni denied the accusations, while requesting that her phone be examined by a partner agency outside Albania. The journalist also brought details from the statements of other suspects and the moments after the end of the session, when Hyseni silently left the SPAK premises.

"The hearing was announced yesterday and 5 minutes before 12 noon, Hyseni crossed the threshold with her lawyer.

What happened is quite confidential. Unofficial but very reliable sources close to SPAK, who decided to speak anonymously, said that prosecutors have continued to read the data and list the suspected facts that remain quite secret, which is related to the secrecy of the position he held.

Hyseni has denied the accusations, has requested an examination of the phone, which should not be carried out in Albania, but by partner agencies. This request seems unfounded, as the examinations requested by her are carried out in the laboratory specially built in this special prosecutor's office. Only Hyseni knows why she requested this. The phone has been seized, how long she has requested it to be examined, not from Albania. She has claimed that no classified document has been released by her as the director of SHISH. Only these two statements have been confirmed to me. SPAK, when distributing the decision-making, reminded again that the distribution of any data from this session is prohibited.

Early in the morning, the police brought in Vlora Hyseni, who is under house arrest, along with the other two suspects.

Emro Suljemani, employed in a private entity, a waiter, he was acquitted and asked the court what crime he had committed, saying that he knew Agas, since he is from the city of Durrës and that he had helped him with food. Even the person responsible for the laboratory, Kalloshi, left the blame to memory, saying that he does not remember having sent information to Agas's phone.

All journalists who report on justice issues, in the exercise of their obligation to make the truth public, were left speechless, as it was almost unbelievable what the former head of SHISH was saying about journalist and colleague Klodiana Lala, it was immediately understood that it was a sentence of blackmail and threat.

"We immediately after the closed-door session addressed to Hyseni, which lasted almost 1 hour and 3 minutes, remained in our seats, we continued to ask him questions that pertain to him and are within the scope of the duty he has held and in relation to the suspicions that SPAK has formalized so far. What the journalists received was the silent departure of Vlora Hyseni", said Anila Hoxha.
