Intimate kiss with another boy, Rizarta Hoxha surprises after hints of romance

The love life of Rizarta Hoxha, who was recently rumored to be in a romance with Arbër Çepan, has once again been put in the spotlight, as a video is making the rounds on the internet.

It was journalist Etlon Tozaj who published an intimate moment between Rizarta Hoxha and another boy, with whom the influencer is seen sharing a kiss.

What is certain in the shared video is the fact that the boy is not Arbër Çepani!

The release of the video comes at the height of the days when Rizarta was rumored to be in a romance with Arbër Çepan, a detail about which she has not yet publicly reacted to deny or confirm the suspected relationship between the pair.

However, the exact date of filming the video is still unknown, while Tozaj has also raised a question, the answer to which followers want to know: Was the video filmed before or after the trip to Spain, where Rizarta appeared in a photo next to Abër Çepan?!
