Dua Lipa could be one of the big international names to take to the stage at the 2027 Sanremo Festival.
According to Italian media reports, the Albanian singer is in negotiations to co-present the festival with the new artistic director and presenter Stefano De Martino.
Negotiations are reported to have advanced, while De Martino aims to transform the next edition of Sanremo into a spectacle with the most international profile possible.
Dua Lipa is no stranger to the Sanremo audience. She was invited to the 2020 Festival, where she performed her hit "Don't Start Now" in a show accompanied by eight dancers.
It is not yet known whether the singer will be part of the first night, the finale or one of the other evenings of the festival. The decision will also depend on her artistic agenda.
Besides Dua Lipa, other names are expected to appear on the Ariston stage.
One of them is Brenda Lodigiani, De Martino's collaborator on the program "Stasera tutto è possibile".
Meanwhile, Italian media have also mentioned a possible return of Maria De Filippi.
