Here's how the Police in England solve it when wedding guests block the

A group of super-luxury cars have been seized by English police after a convoy of cars heading to a wedding "became dangerous".

Police stopped the drivers after reports of dangerous driving on the M4 and M5 motorways, as they were heading to a wedding party.

However, the drivers' behaviour was putting other motorists at risk, Avon and Somerset Police said.

Police added that the highway "is not the place for a moving parade of super-luxury cars."

The expensive convoy included a Lamborghini, an Audi convertible and a Mercedes 4×4.

In a post published on Facebook regarding the incident, the Traffic Police Unit wrote:

"Wedding bells, horsepower, and a motorcade – what could go wrong?"

“Our Highways Police officers received several calls today reporting that a number of high-performance super luxury cars were being driven dangerously on the M4 and M5.

"Officers located the convoy and, despite the vehicles' impressive performance, demonstrated that horsepower is no substitute for common sense."

"Some vehicles have now been seized and their drivers have been reported. Further investigations are ongoing to identify other vehicles that have violated the rules."

The post continued:

"We understand that the drivers were all going to a friend's wedding party - but let's be clear.

The highway is not the place for a wedding procession to turn into a moving parade of supercars, putting other road users at risk!

“Enjoy the cars. Enjoy the wedding. Just don't make the trip to the wedding someone else's worst day.” (Daily Mail)
