An Israeli television station has released new footage it says appears to show rockets fired at a hospital in Gaza, just moments before an explosion killed hundreds of people.
They come after the Israeli military shared footage and analysis they say shows they were not responsible for the horrific blast at Al-Ahli Hospital on Tuesday, the Telegraph reports.
A video from a live stream, broadcast by Israel's Channel 12 News, reportedly shows a barrage of rockets fired before explosions rock an area believed to be the medical center.
The station claimed the time-lapse video was 'proof' that a rocket fired in Palestine malfunctioned in mid-air before crashing and bursting into flames.
The news anchor said: " This is proof of Israel's claims that it was actually rockets from the Gaza Strip that were fired at Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City ."
Israel has denied firing a rocket at a hospital in the Gaza Strip, earlier sharing what it says is evidence that a Palestinian jihadist group was behind the blast.
While Israel's opponents - Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), Hezbollah and Iran - insist the IDF is behind the destruction and have vowed to retaliate.
Analysts have also continued to question the verifiability of the IDF 'evidence' – and some have already disputed the TV station's footage.
On Tuesday night, an explosion at Al-Ahli Hospital was reported to have killed around 500 people, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health./ DailyMail
