The Government of Kosovo has made the decision to give 100 euros in aid to pensioners. At the last meeting, it was decided to spend over 28 million euros so that citizens can more easily afford the increase in prices. In this budget allocation, the first 100 euros will be allocated to pensioners as part of the Inflation Package.
"Within the Package for Dealing with Inflation, we have provided immediate support in the amount of 100 euros for our pensioners", said Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Pensions will be distributed in the middle of the month. Among other things, Kosovo has set an additional 50 euros per month for public sector workers until the end of the year and a one-time amount of 100 euros for students.
