The court in Ferizaj has sentenced to life imprisonment Dardan Krivaça, who raped 18-year-old Marigona Osmani to death. Kosovo media write that at the moment when the judge announced the decision for Krivaca, Osmani's family members welcomed the decision with applause while declaring "Well done for this poor dog".

Marigona Osmani's mother, also coming out of the session, addressed Krivaqa, saying "Ishalla never sees light, you drowned my 18-year-old daughter".

For the murder of Marigona Osmani, Arbër Sejdiu was also sentenced to 15 years in prison.
