The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with the emissary of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak.

Lajcak has indicated that a high-level meeting is being prepared between Kosovo and Serbia during the month of September.

The purpose of the meeting will be the normalization of relations as well as the implementation of the declaration of June 3, an agreement between Kosovo and the European Union on the steps that the Government of Kosovo should take to de-escalate the situation in the North.

"I had an important meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti today in Bled. Our main topic of discussion was the preparations for the next High Level Dialogue Meeting in September with a focus on the normalization of relations and the implementation of the June 3 declaration," Lajçak wrote on Twitter.
