The former Slovenian president, Borut Pahor, is expected to be the new EU envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Meanwhile, Miroslav Lakçak is expected to take the position of EU ambassador in one of the European countries.
In an interview with the Slovenian media, Pahor stated that if he is elected to this position, he will present a new plan for the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo.
Pahor emphasized that the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue has stalled due to a lack of trust.
"I will offer my plan. The dialogue is at an impasse, there is a lack of trust and we must find a way to move forward with greater trust", declared Pahor.
