The President of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) War Veterans Organization, Faton Klinaku, reacted after the arrest of the former KLA member at the request of the Kosovo Special Court.

Klinaku says That Fair's arrest was made to intimidate people who oppose a "political court".

"In the Special Court, she was obstructed by her own justice, leaking her documents, as well as publishing the victims and witnesses. "The arrest of Dritan Quitej is done to intimidate people who oppose a political court," Klinaku wrote on Facebook.

Quitej was arrested today in Tirana on suspicion of criminal offenses against the administration of justice, including intimidation and obstruction of official persons in the performance of their official duties.

The Special Court in a statement said that KSC requested his arrest and surrender to The Hague.
