Joe Biden surprises again: "Shakes" the invisible person with both

US President Joe Biden has again shocked Americans with his behavior during speeches on the White House podium.

A few days after Biden surprised everyone as he extended his hand in the air to an invisible person, this time he did the same action. But with one difference, running both hands behind his podium even though no one was with him after he finished his speech.

After concluding his speech on cutting costs for American families, Biden turned his back and ran his hands into an empty space where no one was.

The president's behavior has caused American politicians to react, where one of them, Senator Ted Cruz, expressed concern about the president's mental state.
