Iran launched about 100 to 200 suicide bombers into Israel on Monday.

It will take several hours to reach their targets in Israel, while experts say the first wave of drones could arrive between 06:30 a.m. and 07:30 a.m.

But U.S. expert Alon Burstein says the drone wave could be just a distraction for the real attack.

"Iran has a great military, not just drones but highly sophisticated ballistic missiles. I'm afraid Iran is smart enough not to respond with a drone alone. "It may be that as drones take off and approach Israel, Iran can launch ballistic missiles, which are much faster and arrive in minutes at target," he told Fox News.

Burstein said Iran had the opportunity to attack Israel from other border states, but chose to launch drones from its own territory.

"This is Iran's revenge, if all the drones are shot down, Iran means that's it, we tried. But if these drones manage to destroy an Israeli military base or kill any civilians, Israel will have the right to strike back. And no longer with proxies, but we can wake up with a massive war between the two countries," he said.
