European Commissioner for Transport and Tourism, Apostolos Tzitzikostas, declared in Athens that the EU and NATO have agreed to create a "military Schengen".
The agreement enables the rapid movement of troops and equipment across Europe.
The Commissioner spoke of 500 hotspots in which infrastructure will be created to facilitate military movement.
According to him, the regulation for this will be ready in 2027 and the infrastructure in 2030.
