Socialist Party MP, Erion Braçe , is continuing to denounce the occupation of public spaces by businesses and citizens.

This time, Braçe denounced the occupation of the sidewalk in the middle of the former Block, where the " The One " tower has been under construction for 3 years, owned by the Efthimi brothers, who have received permission from the National Territorial Council.

But, not to occupy the sidewalks, but for construction, although the permit that the VoxNews editorial team has researched has a very high construction coefficient, over 70% of the surface.

A 10-story tower is being built in that location, with several functions, while the video published by Braçe shows the arrogance of the builders towards everyone.

Complete occupation of the sidewalk, the fence even extends to the asphalt area.

Not to mention the construction method, where one of the quietest areas of Albania is turning into a large construction site, where only the Efthimi brothers have obtained some permits and designed some others.

It seems that the "war" of the government, government officials, or ministers, with the occupation of public space serves these builders more.

On the one hand, spaces with tin and sheet metal are rightfully vacated, and on the other hand, permits are given for the construction of towers, even in green areas, as is the case being addressed by VoxNews .

In the photos of the situation before the Efthims' palace was built, the area looked quite peaceful and there was a 3-story restaurant there, in complete harmony with the area and nature. There were flower beds, sidewalks and everything else that serves the community.

Meanwhile, the situation after the March 2022 permit is completely different, concrete, occupations, bricks, mortar and noise.

On July 19, MP Erion Braçe, in the continuation of his daily work, published another occupation of public space.

He went to his constituency, where he will represent it in Parliament from September 2025, to denounce the occupation of the sidewalk by a tower.

Por, kush janë të fortët që duan vetëm të bëjnë para dhe zaptojnë hapësira publike?! VoxNews ka mësuar se kompleksi quhet “The One” residencë dhe po ndërtohet në kryqëzimin e rrugëve “Vaso Pasha” dhe “Brigada VIII”, aty ku ishte më parë lokal ‘Tribeca”.

Mësohet se vëllezërit Efthimi zotërojnë gjithashtu studion “Atelier 4”, e cila ka projektuar “The One” dhe të paktën tre kulla të tjera në ish-Bllok: 9-katëshi te “Rruga Moskat” dhe dy 11-katësha te rruga “Nikolla Tupe” dhe “Sami Frashëri”.

VoxNews ka shfletuar vendimin e Këshillit Kombëtar të Territorit, të datës 16 mars 2022, për miratimin e “lejes së ndërtimit për objektin godinë banimi dhe shërbimi 8, 9 dhe 10 kat me 4 kate nëntokë”.

Mësohet se vendimi është me numër 20, teksa analizon edhe gjendjen egzistuese të truallit.

“Zona përfshin zhvillimin e parcelave private. Në lindje të parcelës ndodhet Rruga ‘Vaso Pasha’, në veri kufizohet nga rruga ‘Brigada 8’ dhe në perëndim ndodhet një objekt banimi dhe shërbimesh 12 kate, ndërsa në jug nga një objekt tjetër 7-8 kate. Trualli për shfrytëzim ka një sipërfaqe prej 1284 m².  Aksesi i këmbësorëve në objekt do të jetë nga dy drejtime, nga rruga ‘BRIGADA 8’ dhe nga rruga ‘Vaso Pasha’ duke vijuar përgjatë anës jugore. Në katin përdhe krijohet një pasazh kalimi veri-jug” thuhet në këtë vendim.

Sipas saj, kati përdhe ka funksion ambjente shërbimi të cilat aksesohen nga pjesa e jashtme.

Pjesa tjetër e pronës shfrytëzohet si ambjent rekreativ për banorët. Në vendim duket se ka një orientim të këmbësorëve, si zvogëlimi i hapësirës publike madje edhe e trotuarit.

“Objekti është konceptuar si një lojë volumesh të prera diagonalisht duke krijuar shkallëzime në vertikalitet. Gjurma e zënë nga struktura merr 70.6% të territorit për zhvillim me një sipërfaqe prej 907 m² dhe me sipërfaqe ndërtimi 8423 m²” shkruhet në vendim.

The letter states that the area includes the development of private plots.
