Today, Vox News.al published the exclusive video from the moment of escorting the 32-year-old Lear Kurti, and the footage refutes the opposition's claim that he was physically abused by the officers.
However, this does not mean that the Police are innocent in this incident. As can be easily seen in the following images, the young man is in a serious state of health and unconscious, as the police officer tries to lift him up by force.
In the condition that Lear Kurti was in, the blue uniforms should not have touched him at all and even worse handcuffed him or even escorted him to the police station as three officers did in the following video.
They should have called the ambulance and waited for the white shirts at the scene until they arrived to give him first aid.
Not only did the police not call the ambulance, they took the young man to the police station and then they took him dead to the hospital.
For all this time, if the officers had acted properly, perhaps the doctors would have acted at the right moment and today Lear Kurti would be alive.
