Only 13 days of investigations were enough for the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office to conclude that the denunciation of journalist Adriatik Doçi against two prosecutors Eneid Nakuçi and Klodian Braho had to be closed.

On December 22, SPAK decided not to start the investigation against the two prosecutors who investigated the incinerators file and who submitted 10 defendants to the court, but according to the journalist Doci, they had misused their duty and prevented the discovery of the truth as long as they had not equally evaluated the evidence against former finance minister Arben Ahmetaj .

Journalist Doçi denounced the payments of several million made by the accused Klodian Zoto, which covered travel and accommodation in luxury hotels of Ahmetaj and his wife, these evidences were extracted from an expert report.

In the decision not to start, it is stated that it does not result that the two prosecutors have misused their duties after the acts have been separated.

But at the same time it is argued that the process of evaluating the evidence is a complicated process since its components are not only legal components but also internal and psychological ones.
