The arguments given by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture to reject Erion Brace's successive requests for more support for farmers and changes to the Value Added Tax and subsidy schemes are ridiculous.

After they failed to convince him with 'how much has been done and how much would be done next year' with the budget made available to them, the two institutions responded verbally to Erion Brace that he was spoiling their image, that he was damaging agriculture, that it has a bad effect on the banks in lending to this sector and others like these.

Sources of Voxnews.al confirm that this argument, always if it can be called such, was communicated to Erion Brace in the corridors of the Assembly by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture during the discussions in the income distribution commissions for this year and for the next year.

As much as it can convince farmers and all other citizens, this argument has convinced the deputy himself. Braçe has ironized this during the speech given in the last parliamentary session for this year.

"Yesterday I learned that when I tell the truth I blacken agriculture. When I talk about farmers, I talked about the poverty of agriculture, even the truth that I say, affected the low level of credit from banks for agriculture", stated Braçe.

In the same speech, Braçe also responded to the accusations raised by government representatives, who described him as a populist with the constant demand that farmers benefit from the oil support scheme.

There are at least 20,000 farmers who have not benefited from this oil, although they have met all the requirements set by the Ministry of Agriculture and have been declared winners.
