The Durres Tourist Port project has been in the center of media attention for several days. Journalists have denounced the forgiveness of 820,000 square meters of state land for residences, towers and hotels.

Almost all the media have dealt with this fact and have raised concerns and suspicions that behind this project lies the biggest corruption affair in the history of Albania.

Dozens of articles, chronicles, reports and broadcasts have been made, where they have denounced with documents how the investor is favored, taking a piece of land worth at least 400 million euros for one euro.

But there is a studio where this topic has not been addressed and not out of ignorance. The opinion of Blendi Fevzi has been avoided as a topic. He remained silent in the face of suspicions and publicly denounced documents. He remained silent even in the face of concerns raised by the opposition, which brought the agreement to the Constitutional Court.

Why? To understand the reason we have to go back 20 months in time. It was February 11, 2021, two months from the general parliamentary elections of that year. Blendi Fevziu used to broadcast his Opinion show every evening.

Next topic? The story of Muhamed Alabbar, the man behind the Durres Port project today. With great zeal and pathos, Fevzo starts the show with praises for Alabbari and ends it with more praises.

Among them, he also says that he is an 'extraordinary man', as he tells about the difficulties that the Arab billionaire has gone through in his life, since his poor childhood and his entry into business.

For those who may not have understood it at the time, or have forgotten it today, the interview took place two months after Alabbar appeared with Edi Rama in the electoral campaign, presenting the project for the yacht port of Durrës.

To put it more simply and bluntly, the whole interview can be interpreted as a ploy and preparation of the ground for Alabbari to be given without noise and without opposition thousands of square meters of state land for only 1 euro.

Pra, Opinioni i Blendi Fevziut me reportazhin kushtuar Alabbarit kishte për qëllim prezantimin e tij te qytetarët shqiptarë si një njeri i suksesshem, si biznesmeni e ndërtuesi që kishte ndërtuar Burj al Khalifa, marinën e Dubait e të tjera mrekulli, sipas Fevzos.

Ato që nuk u përmenden në qokën e Fevziut ishte fakti që kompanitë e Alabbarit kanë përfituar mijëra metra katrorë truall në Minsk nga Lukashenko duke shkelur sanksionet e BE-së, që kanë zvarritur prej vitesh projektin ‘Belgrade Ëaterfront’ në Serbi, apo që dështuan të merrnin mijëra metra truall shtetëror në Zagreb për të ngritur kulla.

Skema e përdorur është e njëjta në të gjitha rastet. Merr prona publike falas, ndërto, shit dhe ndërto. E njëjta skemë është edhe në Portin e Durrësit, madje edhe më skandaloze pasi pa u kaluar në Kuvend si marrëveshje, kompania doli me një njoftim për nisjen e shitjeve të apartamenteve.

Nëse në shkurtin e 2021-t Fevziu nuk mund të parashikonte se si do të përfitonte Alabbari pronën publike, apo ndoshta nuk është vënë në dijeni të investimeve kontraverse të tij në Minks, Beograd dhe në Zagreb tani këto i ka publike.

Atëherë pyetja që shtrohet është se çfarë e pengon që të realizojë një ‘Opinion’ ku të diskutohet kjo çështje? Ndoshta ka interesa të fshehura vetë në këtë port, ose dikush pranë tij mund të jetë përgjigjia e vetme.

Ka një tregues që vetiu të çon në këtë përgjigje. Porti i Durrësit është një tortë e madhe që kënaq edhe oligarkët shqiptarë. Në Opinionin e Fevziut temat që cenojnë interesat e Bashkim Ulajt dhe koncesionin Thumanë-Kashar, ato të Shkëlqim Fushës dhe koncesionit Lekaj-Fier, ato të Samir Mane me ndërtimet pas QTU-së, apo Portin e Vlorës, favorizimet në Shëndetësi të Klodjan Allajbeut janë tabu, edhe pse bëhet fjalë për miliarda euro në mes.

Kur Fevziu të çlirohet nga oligarkët dhe të flasë për ta, atëherë do të bëhet i besueshëm. Deri atëherë…ka kohë.
